CFV: New Lilliput Committer: Axel Boldt-Christmas

I hereby nominate Axel Boldt-Christmas to Lilliput Committer.

Axel is a software engineer at Oracle’s GC group. While Axel has not yet contributed directly to the Lilliput project, he is a prolific contributor (and reviewer) in the upstream JDK project, where he (among many others) contributed fixes and improvements to lightweight locking, and is currently working on improved ObjectMonitor handling, both of which are crucial for Lilliput. I would like to make him a Lilliput committer to facilitate closer collaboration on the project.
