[loc-en-dev] Canceling today's project conf call

Hello all,

I had been swamped by ICU project tasks since last conf call, so I do 
not have any news for this project.  I checked Doug and he also does not 
have any topics to discuss today.  So I will cancel the project conf 
call today.

Doug will write a note to the JDK7 list to check with the committee 
folks about the feature proposal process.  I should have more time by 
next conf call (we'll declare ICU 4.2 code freeze today and I do not 
have any major tasks left for the release, so my workload should be 
decreased).
