[loc-en-dev] JTReg failure

Hey folks,

The JTReg issue discussed at the yesterday's meeting 
(http://sites.google.com/site/openjdklocale/meeting-agenda) was actually 
a compiler function that prevents apps from calling exported internal 
entries. To remedy it, we have to make a change in the langtools 
repository to allow our sun.util.locale classes to bypass the check. I 
will take care of this issue.
