I captured what we discussed briefly in the meeting agenda page -

We reviewed proposed Builder APIs and made some minor changes-

- Accept both '_' and '-' as subtag separator in all APIs
- Retract "isLenientVariant" behavior from Builder

I added some comments captured during the call ->

We need to decide if we really want to add APIs for accessing Unicode 
Locale Extension (-u-).  In that case, we probably need some changes in 
the proposed API for handling attributes/typeless keywords now.  We'll 
discuss about this in this ML and make the final decision on the next 
meeting on July 2nd, 2010.

Also, we'll go through Locale class API changes in the next call and 
make them finalized.
