I've pushed your change to allowing building with Shenandoah again - 
thanks. I had to exclude it with --with-jvm-features=-shenandoahgc at 
the last merge while sorting out other issues (unrelated to JEP 189) 
that arose when trying to sync up the cont branch. Aside from 
MemAllocator, there aren't any other GC changes at this time.
