Auto-generated webrev for loom:fibers

Hi,

When debugging x86_32 stuff, I wanted to have the overview of changes that loom:fibers has against 
the upstream, and so I revived the webrevs auto-generator. You can get the same in Git(Hub) 
interfaces, but webrev is usually more convenient to navigate.

This one diffs loom:master and loom:fibers:
