Daniel D. Daugherty has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains three commits:

 - Merge branch 'fibers' into dcubed-cleanup

 - dcubed - misc cleanups of jvm.cpp and JVM/TI files.
