jdk20 in eclipse and Scoped values

hi all,

I am eager to try some code with scoped values, but netbeans is very
annoying to me.

Is there a way to run jdk20 code in eclipse ?

My main issue with netbeans is inability to set up a simple project where
it will not waste time to run maven just to run some simple code.
