Suggestions on getting involved?

Hi, My name is Moshe, I'm finishing up my final year of undergraduate CS
(also interned at Microsoft in .NET Core Libraries), particularly focused
in concurrency and networking. I'd be very interested in getting involved;
I was hoping for some guidance on any areas or issues that might make a
good starting point for a newcomer. Also unsure on what
the contribution process is. Would appreciate any pointers.
