needed. You can use <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/">https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/</a> to report
issues. For this specific discussion, like Alan already noted, the
net-dev mailing list would be a good place to start the
discussion.</p>
