Build failure — Missing files?

I've been able to build once before, but I've had a problem for a
while. I hoped giving it some time would make it magically go away.
After waiting for about a month, I'm now dropping a line to the
mailing list.

When I run the build, it fails part way through with a series of
issues.  It looks like I'm missing some important files (see below the
signature).   Any idea what's going on and how I can fix this?

Also, I'm getting a lot of these warnings, which I'm not sure if I
should care about:
WARNING: Value of JDK_IMPORT_PATH cannot be empty, check or set
ALT_JDK_IMPORT_PATH
