Files.setLastModifiedTime doesn't work

OK, still not building these days because it was usually a bit of an effort. 

But with the current download from 
http://code.google.com/p/openjdk-osx-build/
the version shows

OpenJDK Server VM (build 21.0-b12, mixed mode)
My prior was -b06.

The Files.setLastModifiedTime gets the same result.
