There is a mention in THIRD_PARTY_README :

%% This notice is provided with respect to Mozilla Rhino v1.7R3, which
is included with JRE 7, JDK 7, and OpenJDK 7

Mozilla Rhino is included in JRE/JDK and OpenJDK 7.

It's now included in latest openjdk-osx-build packages
