You know this ends up with os.arch=universal. I had noticed this on your build before when checking out of curiosity. Not sure if anyone checks the property for anything but that might not be what they're expecting if they do. I was at one point going to base different 32/64 bit JRuby FFI code on this property. But then figured out I could get the pointer size some other way as I remember.
