Using deployJava.js ?

Found after un-installing the Java 7 JRE, Chrome will move to a page to install Java no matter what. It did not go back to the return page when done. I have no idea what that permission to run is for. Forget about the Chrome part.
Still interested in the first 2. Just looked, see MT launched. Is this operating system change already in it, or do I need to provide directions on getting it?
Thanks,

Chome does not actually launch the jnlp, which is easy enough to describe a work around. Unfortunately, at page load of a file with deployJava.js a question overlay is brought up "Java needs your permission to run." I cannot find where responding negatively or just ignoring it has any effect. Is any code really running at page load? Do I need to un-install Java 7 (Windows) to make sure it always installs regardless of answer? What a pain that thing is.
