If you're referring to the binaries from the developer preview download on java.net, 
then unfortunately I must point out the license those are available under are for 
preview/internal use only.  See: http://jdk7.java.net/license.html for details.

Oracle JDK 7u6 was just released last week, so that is a much better choice. See 
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/terms/license/index.html the exact 
license grants & restrictions. 

If you for some reason absolutely must live on the sharp, bleeding edge of 7u8,
which is still in an early stage of development, I'd suggest that you create 
your own OpenJDK 7u8 build from source.
