Steve, I just merged the latest changes in the original AppBundler in my fork.

Greg, any interest in merging my changes back to the original
AppBundler code ? I'd rather focus on my app than maintaining forks if
possible but the lack of some features in the original AppBundler
(especially the inability to register document types)  make it
impossible to use for real life applications. You can see all the
