Improve display of toolbar icons on OSX

Cannot see any difference, but to be honest I don't know if there is a 
bug as such, this is how it is looking

but these png icons are transparent so I would hope just to see the 
image and not the added white background square

Im no expert on MacOS Style guidelines but this seems to be how image 
based icons are displayed.
