1.6/1.7 versions of an application, IDE sort of. 
Running it 1.6 from Terminal does pick up some MacRoman as well as a few rtf entries.
A little strange since for 1.6 there is no jdk/jre separation. It must rely on information from env variables or some other sources external to the java runtime?
