[7u-osx] Request for approval for 7141462: ProblemList.txt updates to exclude tests that cause test runs to hang [macosx]

This is a request to push to the jdk7u/jdk7u-osx forest.

(This hasn't shown up on bugs.sun.com yet but in summary this patch just 
adds a few tests to the problem list so that they are excluded when 
running the tests via the Makefile. This is necessary because in jdk7u 
these tests are run in samevm mode. The underlying issue for 3 of the 
tests is asynchronous close of FileChannel when threads are doing 
certain I/O operations on the channel, something that Apple's JDK6 
suffers from too. The logging test is just a crazy test that run 
System.gc in a loop. It has been fixed in jdk8).
