fixed? can't load native libraries

7145798 is currently fixed in HSX-24-B01 which will be going into
an OpenJDK8 build. I have the bug tagged for possible inclusion
in HSX-23-B17 which will be going into an OpenJDK7Update4 build.
So far I don't have approval for HSX-23-B17...
Here is the note from the "Workaround" section of the bug:
