[7u4-osx] Request for approval for 7124524 - OutOfMemory exception after (or even before) some 2500 creations of LWWindowPeer

This is a new request to push the following changes to jdk7u-osx.
The fix has been reviewed on macosx-port-dev mailing list by Anthony
