   please review my fix for 7178079: REGRESSION: Some AWT Drag-n-Drop 
tests fail since JDK 7u6 b13

   Looks like there are couple of regression tests affected by my fix 
for 7171163 - this change will make that part of the fix 
non-crossplatform and affecting mac os only.
