JRE update not working after b16

Hi Jeff,

The cause has been determined to be a change in the format of the AU 
version detection. This change was made in build 18. A fix is being 
tested in the AU file that may allow those with b17 and lower AU to the 
latest release. Once we know the outcome of that test, I will let you 
know. In the meantime you can manually download and install b20. Or, you 
can wait and verify the fix, if and when it is released.

Additionally, we have updated the current AU release to b20, so it is 
now inline with the current release on java.net.
