Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be suggesting that a user could
bundle the binaries supplied by Oracle, which contain JavaFX. IANAL, but
my understanding was that this wouldn't be permitted by the license, which
doesn't allow redistribution (distros can no longer package it for instance).
