Getting Netbeans to use OpenJDK

I have a problem in a JWS application involving the GlassPane. I thought to switch development temporary from a Windows machine, after 2 days of messy / slow isolation progress.

- I installed 1.7.0_06_b12 JDK first. It is in the old Apple Java Preferences.
- Installed NetBeans 7.1.2. I never got a prompt of what JDK to use.
- I added the Java 7 platform to Netbeans.

When the program is run, I works fine, but in the application there is a spot where it list the Java version & it is 1.6.

Looked in all the Preferences, but see nothing. Started looking at the NetBeans directory in terminal, but this is very tedious since Finder is worthless. Did I do something wrong.

Thanks

Jeff
