Hi,
> I highly recommend filing a bug, since sandboxing a Java application is something that should be fully supported.
I did 5 days ago:
http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7172752
but it seems it's not been accepted.
And this is only one of the several problems of executing a Java
application in a sandbox.
Another bug that I raised in the ML is the JFileChooser also completely broken:
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/macosx-port-dev/2012-May/004301.html
For which I filed a bug here:
http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7172752
which it seems it's not been accepted either as the description is not
available.
There's also the wrong libfreetype reference in libfontmanager.dylib
which is a Makefile issue and for which I posted a workaround in the
ML using otool and install_name_tool. I haven't raised a bug for this
but see the discussion:
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/macosx-port-dev/2012-May/004187.html
Best,
Marco
