OpenJDK prerequisites

On my work iMac (Lion) whenever I update the official JDK7 Preview I 
have to drop to a shell and rm the old version due to some weird 
permissions issue that keeps returning, Finder tells me the directory 
is locked or something from memory.

Does this sound like the same thing you're seeing Henri?

Strangely, this _doesn't_ happen on my Macbook Pro's Lion install at 
home..
