Contributing to AppBundler - Merging from JarBundler

This is good to know. I'll add support for this.

As I've mentioned, relying on the working directory is not a good practice. What are you currently using the working directory for? Maybe there is a better (more reliable) way to accomplish it.

Seems reasonable. Can you provide a little more detail on how you think this might work?
