Shortcut Icon blurry

I was under the impression short cuts were coming next week, but parts did show up in EA-b09.  It still does not work, so thought note would be better than a bug at this point.

Wrote a Java program the generates JPG's of different sizes,  with matching levels of details.  Sizes are 128, 64, & 32.  EA-b09 now prompts to save a short cut, & does.  Clicking on the short cut does not yet actually do anything as far as I can tell, but the icon detail does not pop like in the one saved from the Apple implementation.

I think the 32 bit version is just being stretched.  Looking at the http server's request log shows only the 64-bit version being checked for updates every launch.  128 bit should also be checked when it is set as splash, but I do not have that on right now.

Maybe the checking for update is right, but then the wrong version ends up used for display.
