I don't know anything about the JIRA instance on java.net but it would
be great if someone could submit a bug to bugs.sun.com with a link to
it. Also the last comment at the end seems to be with a build of
jigsaw/jigsaw which is jdk8-b48 so it doesn't have the changes for
7130915 that went into b51. I saw someone else jumped in saying they see
the issue with b59 but it may be something else.
