Has the bug database moved?

I submitted a bug Friday to the old bugs.sun.com.  I knew this was going away, no great loss since it was showing its age, but never saw anything official.  Saw this url mentioned in the apple DL that pointed to java.net/jjira.  From there I click on links and see bugs in a completely different format.

The question is where should bugs be submitted?  If it is not bugs.sun.com, a redirection might be good.
