That list is for general, OpenJDK-wide announcements. Weekly builds of a specific project don't fit that bill.
The list you're looking for is jdk7u-dev, which has announcements on schedules, etc. under subjects starting with 
[7u communication]. No EA build announcements, though, since we don't actually provide builds in OpenJDK, but
you can follow along with the commit messages to see when a particular build's sources have been tagged, and 
attempt to build it yourself, if you like.
