All Menus disappear

Bit of a bump.
I am again at the point where I am going to add a menu bar to an application I'm working on.
I would like the OS X behavior of screen menu bars.
So I remembered this prior bug report.
As I recently mentioned I had done three bug reports and was unable in searching the bug database to locate any of them.
One I determined was not an actual bug after filing, but at this time as far as I know the other two were and still are. 
How do I check to see what happened to these bug reports?
Were they not accepted but how am I supposed to know this happened and for what reason? 
Possibly my search was bad and they were accepted. How then do I know what 'real' bug report they ended up with?
