I had forgotten that and added the switch off the page exactly. I got it working a little later last night when I remembered that and changed to '+'.
It is a little strange the page shows the setting that turns it off.
It is also a little strange that there is an off setting at all since that would probably be the default. Just omitting the switch should be sufficient for 'off'? I still haven't looked at it in detail though, there is probably some reason for this.
