Simple applet that may reproduce the key screen refresh problem

Oops.  I decided to get this submitted before the end of the day on the east coast and a few minutes ago submitted as one bug report since the two applets were so similar.  

The bug ID is 9002524.  I'll be keeping current the list of relevant bugs at http://www.segal.org/java/oracle/ and keeping current individual bug demo pages such as http://www.segal.org/java/refresh4/ and http://www.segal.org/java/refresh5/ by adding additional observations as appropriate.

BTW, in the process of submitting the bug reports it was difficult to choose accurate options for MacOS version (10.7 was most recent) and it was not clear how to indicate a bug in JRE 8 (I chose to call this 7.0_21 since I don't know if Java 8 versions are part of OpenJDK).  I'd appreciate if this report could be routed appropriately despite my shoehorning it into existing categories, and it would be helpful if the MacOS choices could be brought up to date.
