Problems building OpenJDK 8 for MacOSX

Oh, that's good, thanks Phil.
It wasn't clear from the OpenJDK MacOSX port pages that such
things existed (couldn't find a current link), or that these are
built from the same source as OpenJDK, as opposed to being something
Oracle internal (as I guess is the case with Java 7).
There seem to be a lot of stale web pages and links related to
this project.
David
PS. Remember JAI and JIIO ? I am still interested in getting Mac
native codecs for those many codecs that don't have pure Java
equivalents (esp. lossless JPEG and JPEG-LS); is there any
chance of Oracle providing the source of whatever is necessary
to reactivate this as an open cross-platform project?
