Problems with FileDialog

Hi. I do not know if the patch will fix the issue described by the OP. It
does fix the 2 SWT related bugs I submitted, however. If the OP's problem
is related to the UI thread, then it's possible it may also fix that one.

@OP I have also seen the behavior you describe. I'd suggest using the patch
from Petr and see if that helps. I have not tested my app long enough with
the patched version it to say if it fixes the problem you described because
the issue is very intermittent.
