CFV: Dissolve the Mac OS X Port Project

According to section 6 of the bylaws [1], the Committers of a Project may
decide, by Lazy Consensus, to request that a Project should be
dissolved. When a Project is dissolved its materials are archived. A
dissolved Project may be re-created by being re-proposed.

As previously raised on this list [2], and for the reasons cited there,
I propose that the Mac OS X Port Project [3] should be dissolved.

Votes are due by 8pm UTC, 5th February 2020

Only current Mac OS X Port Project Committers [4] are eligible to vote.

Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
