I did hear about this privately from Mark but haven't had chance to actually tell
Chris due to the holidays...

How about you go ahead and do the proposal for me?  It would serve as a good opening
example and I think it would look better if my nomination came from someone outside
Red Hat.  It feels a little like we're 'gaming the system' by using one employee
to nominate others.
