CFV: New OpenJDK member Deepak Bhole

This should not be considered a comment on Deepak's technical qualifications, it's a point of order.

According to the Bylaws:

  http://openjdk.java.net/bylaws#_8

  "Any Group Member or Committer may be nominated to be an OpenJDK Member by an
  existing OpenJDK Member."

The Census does not list Deepak as either a Group Member or a Committer; thus he is not eligible to be an OpenJDK Member.

I see that he is going to be appointed as a Committer for the IcedTea Project so he'll be eligible once that appointment has been recorded.

Contributor Description

Deepak Bhole is the tech manager of the OpenJDK Java team at Red Hat, and project lead on the IcedTea-web project. He has been involved with OpenJDK and IcedTea since 2008. He has contributed to OpenJDK by means of bug filing/issue notification (to Oracle engineers), proposed fixes, actual fixes, backports, and analysis of security patch drops.
He has presented talks at Java One and FOSDEM.
