GB Nomination: Andrew Haley

I hereby nominate Andrew Haley to stand for an At-Large seat on the
Governing Board.

Andrew is already well-known to many of us.  He leads Red Hat's Java
team and he co-founded the IcedTea Project, which was instrumental to
the adoption of OpenJDK by all the major Linux distributions.  He's
been a Governing-Board Observer since last May, during which time the
Board has benefited greatly from his wisdom.  Now is the right time
to make Andrew a full member of the Board.
