OpenJDK 2012 GB Election: Poll opens at 2012-03-19 20:00:00 UTC

Hi

So as of the current moment  (Tues. 20 March 12:00 noon edt),
 I have received no email which I can determine as "voting instructions"...
yet I believe I am an OpenJdk Member?
