Withdraw CFV: New OpenJDK Member: Staffan Larsen

Dear OpenJDK Members Group,

It's been brought to my attention that although Staffan Larsen's
contributions to the JDK are significant, not all of his work has been
done in the Open. Unfortunately, I've been asked to withdraw the CFV now
and resubmit it at an appropriate future time.
