CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Volker Simonis

I hereby nominate Volker Simonis to Membership in the OpenJDK Members Group.

I think Voker [3] is qualified to be OpenJDK member.

He is the Project Lead and Committer of the PowerPC/AIX Port Project [4] 
and during the last year Volker have made regular and significant 
contributions to the project in both, the HotSpot part as well as in the 
native parts of the class library.

Volker is Member of the Hotspot group, Committer to the hsx project and 
Author for the jdk7u and jdk8 projects. Starting in April 2008 as one of 
the first external HotSpot contributors [3] until now he contributed 20 
changes to the HotSpot repository [4]. Besides that he also contributed 
to various other parts of the JDK like the build infrastructure, the 
jdk7u project and the class library.

Votes are due by July 5th, 2013

Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [1] are eligible to
vote on this nomination.
