I hereby nominate Joel Borggrén-Franck to OpenJDK Membership

Since joining the Langtools team at Oracle in October 2011, Joel has been working on implementing, designing, and specifying parts of  the enhanced metadata features. Joel has also been contributing code to JSR 308 Type Annotations and is working on core reflection. Joel is a reviewer in Jdk 8 and 9.

Votes are due by the end of 15 July 2014.
