GB Nomination: Andrew Haley

Hello all!

I would like to nominate again Andrew Haley for the position of
At-Large Member to the OpenJDK Governing Board.

Andrew is well known for his contributions in and around Java and
OpenJDK, and especially for his work as project lead of OpenJDK6 and
AARCH64.

Andrew is also a member of the Java SE 8 expert group and currently
one of the two At-Large members of the Governing Board.

This nomination would then serve as a way to ratify his involvement in
the GB if elected again, which I believe would be very important given
not only his well known technological background, but especially his
capacity of influencing in a positive way the direction of OpenJDK and
the OpenJDK Community in general.
