GB Nomination: Doug Lea

I hereby nominate Doug Lea to stand for re-election to the At-Large
seat he currently holds on the Governing Board.

Doug is a Professor of Computer Science at the State University of New
York at Oswego.  He is author of the book "Concurrent Programming in
Java", co-author of "Java Concurrency in Practice", and primary author
of the java.util.concurrent package (JSR 166).  He has for many years
been a strong advocate for the interests of academic, research, and
individual contributors in both the Java Community Process and the
OpenJDK Community.
