CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Thomas Schatzl

I hereby nominate Thomas Schatzl to Membership in the OpenJDK Members
Group.

Thomas is a Reviewer in the jdk9 Project, a Committer in the jdk8u
Project and a Member of the HotSpot Group.  He has been working on
garbage collection in HotSpot for more than a year, and prior to that
did research also using the HotSpot code base.  He has contributed more
than 50 changes to OpenJDK, including a number of performance
enhancements to the G1 garbage collector.

Only current OpenJDK Members [1] are eligible to vote on this
