CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Jesper Wilhelmsson

I hereby nominate Jesper Wilhelmsson to Membership in the OpenJDK Members
Group.

Jesper is a Committer in the jdk9 and jdk8u Projects and a Member of the
HotSpot Group.  He has contributed more than 25 changes to OpenJDK
during the 4 years has has been working on HotSpot garbage collection,
ranging from bug fixes to maintainability improvements to performance
enhancements.

Votes are due by 1:00 am, Thu, April 10, 2014 UTC [0].

Only current OpenJDK Members [1] are eligible to vote on this
